It's been like forever, Really wanted to wish you and yours a Very happy holiday season!! If you get this.. cbkradioland is on haitess(sp)? again.. I have done a couple of solo shows..but they have not been very audible though. NOT GOOD!! If you love looking @ people .....uh..then by all means please look at me moving around.. That's about all you'll get & maybe a few seconds, and I mean seconds de audible sounds and ZIP IT!! Otta here... It's a shame, and I am embarrassed due to like 85 minutes of me moving around and looking crazy, and no thanks no noise at all I should at least place some X-mas music over it. Blah!! I just wanted to let you know I'm still alive!! I can't believe it? I did another show at the top de the screen 10-10 (which means entirely a differen't thing in Bus driver language). Hahahahah!! Aug 27th 09 show/Tv!

Waz up?? People I love the People! Sometimes I love them. Guess what? Last Thursday we, Tim and myself..actully did a show together. He was up... I was up.. it was great we were all rearin and ready to go. It's been a crazy week for CBK, New job new stuff to go along con a job.. So WE Are now Ustreaming!! LIVE content!! Then recording it for all to see @utsream.com. But now you finally got to see my UGLY MUG!! YAY! Now you know why I have not shown myself to any de tu for some time. Show must go on.. I perfer the non-video form but Hey I learned a few things, so it was cool. I like the Ustream. Anyhew, all is well we did play some tunes very short ones but we did. It was awesome!! After so much time passing by cbkradioland may very well be on it's way again. Oh and one other thing, we don't have to do it on Thursdays now we can do it on.... "YYYYOUINGGGINNNN' day!! Do you know what day that is? Neither do I. BUT that's the point. It really dosn't matter what day. I can do it on a Sat, Sun, Mon ..Whatever day I want Cause Now CBK has the power!! CBK comes back to the internet waves!! TEST!!

Yes it's quite true!! I am back. Where in the world have I been? Good question? I am still alive! Back off!! If you happen to listen to the show from August 20th, I came back!! SOLO!! I have been around but, Things get in the way as life progresses. You probably already know this. Anyway I did a show solo as I stated prior. Tim was sick last night so I decided to try and go it all alone! I DID!! I was pretty amazed at my self, plus all the info as to where we have been is all included in this program. What we have been or not been doing, etc.. etc.. I recorded it to or onto Ustream!! So if you'd like to listen please check out the Ustream web site and look or type it: cbkradioland and you should see the date and time and you can listen that way. It's all there about 55 min. of me speaking.. all-by-my-self.... maybe I need to re-think my voice!! Hahahhaahhha!! Enjoy!!

Well there!! HOwzit?? RADIO!!

OK friends we have lift-off!! Picture "huge smoke billowing out and around everything and large sound effects fire and ice meet in this cataclismique world of something maybe like a space ship taking off from Earth and into the BEYOND"!! HHHHHAAAAAAhhhhhhaaaaaaa get the pic? Now that was cool. Tim and myself actully worked on the show last Thursday night believe it or not!! I actully did my own ... 1st ever maybe second I think I was on a pic once..anyway..live stream for about 15 minutes. It was pretty cool, however you were looking at my nice belly!! That was the great part!! I sometimes showed my face but not too much for the audiance. That woulda been way to much. Anyway things are starting to begin as last weeks post was posted. I think I am capable of running my own show at this point?? I THINK!! Were slowly but surely getting something going. Just for those who are wondering?? I'm gonna try to put a smidge up on the web here too so stay tuned for great RADIO it oh, the way it used to be!! THANKS!! For your time.

new and improved or DIFFERENT

Well There, howzit? To all whom approach here.. I finally had a chance to listen to some of our lost episodes. We have been officially kicked off of blogtalk, due to some days which we were off, so they have kicked us off, but we kinda know the reasons, but, arn't sure about going back there yet. Tim said we may, the quality is better the way we are doing it on our own sight anyway. There are advantages in other ways, but I degress, Some of the shows wern't recorded like the week prior due to some licencing issues. which is kinda what this new and improved or DIFFERENT is all about. Hence the title!! New and improved meaning not us being new, but, the "MUSIC" portion is now not being able to play. Due to circumstances beyond our control. I love these sayings. So we are kinda going in another direction sorta, uh, we have done this in the very beginning all talk radio all the time!! That's what it was anyway a talk-show. Not really a music show. Hence we will now focus on everyday occurances, such as current events, and more.
For example: Michael Jackson DIED this week surprisingly to everyones beknownest. ' Is that how you spell that?? We talked about that and Farah Faucett, and Ed McMann. Then some Very current events like IRAN, The Gov. De South Carolina, and his trip to the Appalachen Trail or was it to South America? One of those... YOU can now see what we will be doing our show on at this point. Until The police come and take us away! Have a nice day!!

What has been going on?

It's Jan, sorry June, right wrong month, Summer's here and well, it actually does not feel like it.. Hopefully soon, anyhow, HI, Long time no write. Yes we have been doing shows, we did one on May 30th, and June 11, and last weeks the 18th, yes. However I haven't been able to listen to them. You probably know the reason, but anywhew.. Tim found or, huh ... has come across a situation shall we say, that is troublesome to him and I. Kinda, were, not sure whats to be de cbk..ya know.. Just a heads up if you actully read this sight. [PLUS CBK IS THE WORST DJ IN UTAH HISTORY], WELL maybe the second worse dj, but I'll go into that later..So for all YOU gente's waiting for info about shows, PLEASE STAND BY: 'I love that'! We will be in touch!!

Tim and I decided to to take a break from our usual, we are in negotiations to change our time of the presentation, and revamp things, "giving you a very good product", (Tim's words), my words "just do it dude"!! It doesnt matter I just wanna have fun and so does Tim. Sometimes you need a break!! though!! By the way we will return next week the 28th de May. This week in cbkradioland we come into a quaint sorta land, hence the name, where we discussed such topics as lawn mowing, and Fred Rogers, do you remember when?? We also only did 1 hour of progamming for the young ones, I know some people have to sleep!! We did however get to wish Stevie Wonder a very happy birthday, (played a bunch de his hits), also Jackson 5, Three Dog Night, Dusty Springfield, Frankine Valley and the 4 Seasons. YO!! JO! This week Tim Kuda, told us all about his cool "star" sightings, from Muhammad, Ali, to Diana Ross waving to Tim and his crew..Funny Stuff!! He's famous. Also we did mention a few of these other people who are around for the most part. Hahahahah!! From A-Z. Chuck Barry,ELO, Frankie Avalon, The Belamy Brothers, Barry Manilo, BTO, J. D. , Ben E. King , The Coasters, Aretha Frankiln, Supremes, And Gary Lewis and the Playboys. Not a bad one. I can be on the radio and have the Swine Flu as well, just fyi. Have a Great WEEK!!

Birthday/fun time show

Hello, out there, how ya doing? OK down to the biz...This weeks show pretty much focused, and after semi deliberating, (Pre production meetings.. I love those!!!), in fact we should have more of those... We have discovered that we may move into another type show/format/whatever you want to call it, in fact lets do that!! Now presenting "Whatever you want to call that" or is it it? We said "happy birthday" to the Big O! Yah!! Hb!! I can't pronounce this name: Spandau??Ballet??. I have no idea but you no the song;Ricky Nelson, great guy!!! (We didn't even plan on talking about Jan &Dean but we did for 25 minutes!! Found some great hits by them),Mama's and Papa's and the lovely Thelma Houston. As you can se we are trying to expand, not outwards ok, maybe outwards... but Watch Out!! The Col. Thurston guy's listening!! OOOOhhhhhh!!! ooooooohhh aahhhhhh!!! Ok!

This week's show focused on brand new artists from the 50's, 60's, and the super sounds of the 70's. (well, hey they were new back then, all have made great carreers out of this music plus more). I love that!! More music!! And some eighties.....gee!!

"More music on a more music radio station". (My fave saying)! I have to begin by saying the music was Totaly Awesome dude!! It was "FM" Quality!! The music was outstanding Loud and very very clear. BIG TIME!!! Tim has downloaded a NEW BETTER IMPROVED musical sounding thing. VERY WELL DONE!! I must say!! Very well done!!

This show is pretty darn cool even without special guests. It's unique , indifferent, strange, weird, obnoxious( uh, not in that sick way), interesting, unbelievable, exciting, (at times), slow, (at other times), fast paced ...for "two hours" we are pretty darn good. I must say so.
I was also thinking about you the viewer...Radio is so darn exciting to watch on t.v. Isn't it? We are pretty much just speaking our minds. If that's the show for you then PODCAST!! Have a great week. Elwood in for CBK next week ...I think, anyway...What do you think? Huh??

Carl Amari was our special guest star on cbkradioland this night. March 5th, 2009. He is the executive producer of the Twilight Zone radio series. W/ narrator Stacey Keach. You'll have to tune into your local radio station in your home town to see if the Twilight Zone airs? Great guy to talk to very approachable, we got alot out of him. You'll have to pod cast this weeks show if you are a fan of the old T.V. show - to now, with all kinds of famous actors and actresses who have guest starred in these programs.
This week also, you can see Tim Kuda spin around and dance to "Three Dog Night"!!! Plus you can also see how Tim placed us on hold for a few minutes.. check it OUT!! That was quite odd???? I am still shaking my head..uuhhuhhh...{ok tim thanks for that one!!}

Just Having fun...

I realized last night that, for some reason, the music we were playing sounded greeeaaatt!!! After taking a week off you realize what you have as a team. Tim, Elwood and myself, sound pretty good together as evening radio goes...with not much to go by we make it sound pretty darn good. Just having fun as they say..There is always something interesting to look forward in listening to this show. Each and every week thanks for listening.

Well there, you cool cats, Howzit? CBK here, just checking in to let you know about our TOTALLY AWESOME SHOW DUDE!!! Tim and I had a very special guest as you can see from the title of this blog. Michael Boogaloo Chambers was with us in studio. He was awesome!! From the 1980's (the Breakin Movies) and more..much more..., he was Michael Jackson's personal trainer /dancer for quite some time. He was absolutely the best guest I have listened to and had opportunity to interview in some time. Thank you Mr. Kuda!! You did good, Now lets get somebody really famous? What do ya say? I am positive if your a Breakin kinda guy/gal you'll want to listen to this archived show. Have a Happy Valentines day.

Our 10th Show!! Can You Believe it??

Why Howdy pARDNERS.. Nice writing or sounding No, CBKRADIOLAND isn,'t goin Country.. but just you wait!! Q! hahah!! I can't believe were at 10 shows already and it only took 10 weeks to get up to speed,wow! Great show this night, CBK got kicked off not once but thrice I say!! I even said good....Then Tim had to finish off by stating TUNE into NEXT weeks show...The one and only "Michael Boolgaloo Shrimp Chambers" will be here live to talk along with us on the show. He's a classic ..do you remember when POPPING was cool? He was in "Breakin and Breakin 2" and numerous other adventures, even most recently as a "Popping Mickey" in the good ol' Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. So as they say Please Stand by Next week ought to be something we have never encountered before..

We did a tribute to the "big E's" big day!! Jan 8th is Elvis's birthday. It would have impressed Elvis until Tim got too tired of BiG "E" music.. where's the love??
